Everybody sleeps in the same building, eats at the same long table, and ends up on the same roof deck at sunset. That’s the whole pitch.
We’ve housed a nine-piece cumbia band for SXSW, a gravel-racing team, and three wedding parties who all said some version of “cheaper than the hotel block and ten times more fun.”

Take all eight bunks in the big dorm and the room is yours alone. Your people, your schedule, your inside jokes at breakfast.

Whole-house takeovers
Both lounges, the kitchen, the yard, and the deck. Popular for festival weeks and wedding weekends; book these four months out.
8+ beds
Group rates
Eight or more beds: 10% off listed rates. Twenty or more: 15%, and a taco spread from the truck two doors down on arrival night. One invoice, one card.

A local on call
Someone on staff who knows the city: venue load-ins, late-night food, and which shuttle actually shows up on time.
The fine print, in plain English
Full policies- Booking
- Groups of 8 or more start with a quick call or email before booking online.
- Takeovers
- Whole-house stays run Thursday to Sunday or Sunday to Thursday.
- Quiet hours
- Midnight to 8am still apply to your group.
- Visitors
- No outside guests after 11pm. The house stays a hostel, not a venue.
- Payment
- A 50% deposit holds the dates. The balance is due 14 days before arrival.
