Group stays
Bring the whole crew. We’ve done this before.
Touring bands, festival crews, bike rallies, film shoots, reunions — thirty-four beds, one roof deck, and a kitchen that can handle all of you at once.
Why groups pick Tierra
One roof, one bill, zero logistics
Everybody sleeps in the same building, eats at the same long table, and ends up on the same roof deck at sunset. That’s the whole pitch.
We’ve housed a nine-piece cumbia band for SXSW, a gravel-racing team for the Texas Chainring Massacre, and three separate wedding parties who all said some version of “this was cheaper than the hotel block and ten times more fun.”
What groups get
Built for traveling together
Dorm buyouts
Take all eight bunks in the big dorm and the room is yours alone. Your people, your schedule, your inside jokes at breakfast.
Whole-house takeovers
All 34 beds, both lounges, the kitchen, the yard, and the deck. Popular for festival weeks and wedding weekends — book these four months out, minimum.
Group rates
Eight or more beds: 10% off listed rates. Twenty or more: 15% and a taco spread from our friends two doors down on arrival night. One invoice, one card, no chasing friends for money.
A local on call
Your group gets a named staff contact who knows the city — venue load-ins, late-night food, which shuttle actually shows up on time.
Good to know
The fine print, in plain English
- Groups of 8+ require a quick call or email before booking online
- Whole-house takeovers run Thursday–Sunday or Sunday–Thursday
- Quiet hours (midnight–8am) still apply, even to your group
- No outside guests after 11pm — the house stays a hostel, not a venue
- 50% deposit holds the dates; balance due 14 days before arrival
