The communal kitchen set for a group dinner

Bring the whole brass band.

Wedding parties, festival crews, college trips, family reunions. The house sleeps 22 when every bunk and bed is full, and we know how to run it that way.

One house, one group, one phone call.

Groups of eight or more can take over whole rooms, or the whole house. You get a dedicated contact, a single invoice, and a kitchen big enough to feed everyone.

We have hosted second-line wedding parties, three college jazz programs, a documentary crew, and one very loud family from Baton Rouge that comes back every Thanksgiving. Tell us the shape of your group and we will say honestly whether we fit.

Every bed, both parlors, the kitchen, and the porch. Book festival and wedding weekends six months out.

10% or 15% off

Group rates

Eight or more beds, 10% off. Fifteen or more, 15% and one invoice. No chasing friends for money.

One phone number

A local on call

A named staff contact who knows parade routes, late-night food, and which Sunday second line is worth the walk.

The fine print, in plain English.

  • Groups of 8+ call or email before booking online
  • Whole-house takeovers run Thursday to Sunday or Sunday to Thursday
  • Quiet hours, midnight to 8 a.m., still apply to your group
  • No outside guests after 10 p.m.; the house stays a hostel, not a venue
