A covered portal is not a balcony and not a patio. It is shade, a chair, and the courtyard without being in it. Kings in three of the four. Breakfast still included.

What the rate actually covers.
- Breakfast 8–10:30, courtyard or tray. Coffee in the lobby from 7:15
- Linens, towels, a wool blanket, firewood for the kiva when the season asks
- Wi-Fi. No television. A desk or a table in every room except Cottonwood, which has the chair
- Courtyard access for guests; gate at 10
- Parking behind the house if a space is free. We do not hold spots
New Mexico lodgers tax is 15.5% on the room. We do not fold it into the rate to look cheaper. Cancellation: 7 days for garden and portal, 14 days for tower and Casita, 30 days for Fiesta and Indian Market. Elena will not argue with the calendar.
