Grafucci Code terms governing your purchase and use of the plugin.
01 Purchases and Payment
All purchases are processed through Freemius, our merchant of record. By purchasing, you also agree to Freemius\'s terms of sale: freemius.com/terms.
02 License
Your purchase grants a license to use Grafucci Code according to the License Agreement. Install the plugin ZIP from grafucci.com; the number of sites you may activate depends on your plan (Solo: 1 site, Studio: 5 sites, Agency: 25 sites).
03 Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days. Refunds are processed through Freemius and may take a few business days to appear.
04 Updates and Support
Active licenses include 1 year of plugin updates and support from the purchase date. After expiry, the free tier continues to work on activated sites, but Pro features lock until you renew. You will not receive new updates or support unless you renew.
05 Acceptable Use
You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Plugin outside the terms of your license. You may not reverse-engineer the Plugin to bypass licensing restrictions.
06 Disclaimer of Warranty
The Plugin is provided “as is.” While we test for syntax errors and dangerous functions before activation, we cannot guarantee the Plugin will be free of bugs or compatible with every WordPress configuration, theme, or other plugin.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grafucci, operated by Idrees Dawlat, is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Plugin, including but not limited to site downtime, data loss, or lost revenue. Use Safe Mode and back up your site before activating custom code.
08 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance.
09 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan.
