License Agreement
Grafucci Code end-user license agreement (EULA).
01 Grant of License
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Grafucci Code on the number of WordPress sites permitted by the purchased plan:
- Solo - 1 site
- Studio - 5 sites
- Agency - 25 sites
02 Definition of “One Site”
One site means one active, publicly-accessible WordPress installation using a valid license activation. Staging and local development environment rules are managed through the Freemius licensing system and may not count against your production activation limit, depending on configuration.
03 License Term and Renewal
Licenses are sold on an annual basis (or as a one-time purchase where offered) and include 1 year of updates and support. At the end of the license term:
- The free tier of the Plugin remains installed and functional on already-activated sites.
- Pro features lock when the license expires until you renew and reactivate.
- New updates and support require an active or renewed license.
04 Restrictions
Licensee may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Plugin or its source code.
- Remove or alter licensing checks built into the Plugin.
- Use the Plugin beyond the number of site activations purchased without upgrading.
05 Ownership
Licensor retains all intellectual property rights in Grafucci Code. This Agreement grants a license to use the software, not ownership of it.
06 Refunds and Termination
Refunds are governed by the Terms of Service (14-day window). Licensor may terminate a license for breach of this Agreement, including unauthorized redistribution.
07 Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The Plugin is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Licensor is not liable for damages arising from use of the Plugin, including site errors caused by custom code activated through it. Licensee is responsible for backing up their site before activating any snippet.
08 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Jordan.
